I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location near the center of town was perfect for me, and it was easy to find just off the busy N3 highway. I was impressed by how clean and tidy the room was, and the hotel facilities were beautiful. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive.
It was all superb.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Heidelberg. The location is perfect, right near the center of town and just off the busy N3 highway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms offer a beautiful view over the dam and come with a lovely little veranda overlooking the nature reserve. I particularly loved the cozy fireplace in the room, perfect for chilly evenings. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with homemade marmalade adding a special touch.
All was well during my stay, no improvements needed.

We had a decent city break, although the pillows were too soft for our liking. The hotel offered a great view of the dam and the breakfast had gluten-free options which suited my partner. The hotel's amenities were tempting though we didn't have time to use them. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and all essential establishments like stores and cafes.
The hotel advertised it as a flat screen, but it was just a flat monitor with poor quality display. The outdated TV set was unsuitable for the modern era of HD channels and the size was not in line with the high-class services offered in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and peaceful hotel in a sleepy town. The private and modern rooms were arranged like a small village, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was friendly and helpful. I especially loved the poolside area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Despite a small TV screen and weak wifi, it was actually a blessing to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. I highly recommend this hotel.

Central location, luxurious accommodation, helpful staff, packed breakfast, safekeeping of belongings.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautiful rooms with a view over the dam and a lovely little veranda overlooking the nature reserve, to the cozy rooms with fireplaces. The location of the hotel is also convenient, just off the busy N3 highway and right near the center of town.
The only minor improvement that could be made is to revise the google pin location on the website, as it currently directs to a shopping mall across the road.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
